How we use it and why
We use emails only to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.
